LED Issue: How to resolve

Customer: The main problem is the end of the bath LED light does not come on. We’ve fitted the 2 bath leads (that had plugs on them) to the main electrical point installed and everything electrical in the bath seems to be working, except the bath LED light (in pic below). The pump is working and we thought that the LED light should work when that big black lead with the plug on end is electrically connected - but it doesn’t? When the left silver button in bath is pressed the pump comes on but when the right bath silver button is pressed, nothing happens? Can you please advise what that right button does and if that’s supposed to work the LED bath light please? If not, how do you switch on/off the bath LED light and also change the colours (I thought it might be that right hand side switch - but as I say, it doesn’t do anything) the instructions doesn’t provide info on this, so please can you provide advice on the LED light and the right-hand switch.

The LED light will only work when the whirlpool is turned on, the whirlpool is the jets either side of the Light, you must ensure the power cable to the light is connected to the whirlpool pump as if this is not working it will normally have come off during installation.  There are 2 silver push buttons – 1 button controls the whirlpool side jets and the other button controls the air spa jets on the base of the bath.  The LED light will come on along with the whirlpool side jets
