Electronic Systems - Whirlpool Pump Not Working on Freestanding Spa Bath

On an electronic control system whirlpool bath The water sensor is designed to disable the power to the water pump
so that the power is always deactivated. This is to protection the water pump from being activated without enough
water in the bath.
If this sensor cable connections are loose or somehow disconnected from the electrical box ,then the power to the
water pump will not come on and activate. If the Sensor is not attached to the side of the bath then the electronic
system will not activate the power to the pump.
Please inspect the water sensor cable and cable connections. The Low Water Sensor as shown on bottom left photo
has 2 cable connections to the electronic box
It may be that the water sensor cable has somehow been disconnected. Disconnect the cable connectors, inspect
the cable connection and re-connect the connectors ensuring that cables are connected correctly.
Check that the sensor is tightly fixed to the bath, note the location of the sensor as this is the Height that the water
must be filled in order for the water pump power to activate. If the sensor is not connected to the bath then it must
be re-attached, a small bead of silicone 1” above the top side jet on the bath.
Re-Fill Bath with water to test the water sensor is now working correctly.
