Air button is not turning on the whirlpool or airspa side jets

Air button which is not turning on the whirlpool side jets

Please can you check the hose that connects to the bottom of the bath has not came loose during installation, if it is attached could you remove and blow down the hose.

Check the power supply of the pump is indeed connected to electricity.

Follow the hose to the pump and if the hose was loose check it’s tight and again blow down the hose

The air button you press is to send some air down the hose to the switch in the whirlpool pump to activate it this will then allow us to see if the issue is with a loose hose that’s came off the button, or if the button is stuck somehow and not sending the air to the switch or if the air switch on the pump is faulty.

Double check that the whirlpool pump and airspa pump have both been connected to the electricity.

If a button is not working correctly, remove the hose to the bottom of the button. Blow down the hose this should activate the pump, then blow down again this should switch it off again
