Trouble shooting whirlpool switch/button not working

If you have access to underneath the switches could you take the tube off and blow down the tube?   This will let us see if the problem is the switch or the pump.  

He has also advised that your bath was supplied with 2 meters of tube to connect the pump to the switch.  When fitting this the pipe should be as short as possible as a longer pipe may restrict air flow.  

Could you please check this for me and let me know if this works? Once I have this information I can ask the whirlpool engineer how to proceed with this.
