Dial Plate Selector In Wrong Location

Your plumber is supposed to adjust this for you. Loosen the dial plate, tighten the nut at the back, once dial plate is in the correct location. The dial plate can be attached in 2 ways – either screwed on to the threaded body or there will be a lock ring in front of it. If it is screwed on you need to unscrew and then re-tighten the nut at rear, if it is a lock ring you just need to loosen the lock ring and turn the dial plate to the correct location and re-tighten the lock ring.
