Placing orders on OPS / Using different boxes for products if we have something out of stock

If we have a customer that has placed an order and we have some parts that are out of stock, we are able to go in and add alternative boxes if it fits in with the product.

For example, if we have a customer that has ordered an LW26 and we don’t have the boxes for the front door, frame and the front fixed side panel – We can use box1 from any colour variation available on LW25 and LW26 (Black or White) Obviously if we have the item in stock to add in.

If we have an order for an LW26 product and the roof, shelves, side rail kit and the tray is out of stock we can go in and use the option box 2 from any colour variation on LW26 (Black or White)

If an order has been placed for an LW26 and the coloured glass back panels are out of stock. We are able to use box 3 from the LW25 and LW26 (Colour specific) Always make sure if we are doing this that it is the correct colour that fits in with the product.

For an LW26 order if the central column with the control panel and steam / electronic is out of stock we can use box 4 from any of the colour variation on the LW26 – Either black or white.

By following these steps, it means that if a specific box is unavailable we can go into the similar products and add them in so the order can be placed. As long as it’s not a different colour and matches in.
